1. prepare raw material

   buy  low carbon Q235 or Q195 series new steel wire coil

   or use the waste steel rebar from buildings

2. making steel nails

   we have a total 5 models and each have its size limitation , below info are for your reference

  Except what aboved model , also we had another one which named as Z94-4.5C , It is designed to process  steel nail within size scope of "70-135mm length and 3-6mm diameter" , motor comes as 4.4KW

 3. polishing 

    to help remove the rust which sticked on surface of final steel nail
