Wroking Principle of Wood Pellet Extruder Machine

This flat die type wood  pellet machine which is using the motor as driving force ,

Major axis and disk mode are driven by gear wheels to produce the friction with the pressure roll bolt, the resulting friction temperature between pressure roller and the mode tray can reach 80 degree.

The powdered material become paste at high temperature and is condensed into pieces, then go through the hole on the mould.

The high-quality forming pellets will be rolling out from the exit of the wood pellet machine under the role of the pressure roller.

Application & Raw materials

to make crude fibre materials into solid cylindrical  particles which used as fuel (boiler, cooking , fireplace)or animal feed ( pigeon ,rabbit, Fish ,poultry, cow, horse ...and etc)

The raw materials can be sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds and crop stalks or other Agro-Forestry wastes, especially suit for the low-bonding and unformed materials. 

Note: If you want to use  wood pellet machine directly, your raw material size should be kept within 5mm ( the smaller the better) as well as  the moisture content should be 10-20%, Or you will need extra crusher, dryer .
