Production line Technological Process:

Cleaning part: Raw grain of wheat → Efficient vibrating screen+aspirator → magnetic separation → wheat scourer+aspirator → plansifter+aspirator → destoner+ aspirator → magnetic separation → destoner wheat washer → wheat wetting  →  wheat scourer+aspirator  → magnetic separation  → clean wheat

Milling part: Clean wheat → micron mill → checking sifter → whole wheat flour → magnetic separation → packing

Whole wheat bread flour:  the production of wheat cleaning processes similar with the grade wheat flour production cleaning process, but the milling process is different. Whole wheat flour milling process is very simple and  short.  the  process with powder machine alone can be crushed into whole wheat flour, wheat  grade flour milling process is longer, need multichannel grinder peace screen respectively grinding and sieving,and  produce a very refined flour bran content.
