The flour milling plant fits for the production of tailored flour and all-purpose flour. The finished flour is usually used to produce bread, biscuit, spaghetti, instant noodle, etc

♥ The machines of this series of compact wheat flour mill are designed and installed together with the steel structure support. The main support structure is made of three levels: the roller mills are located on the ground floor; the sifters are installed on the first floor and the cyclones and pneumatic pipes are on the second floor.

♥ The flour mill is with advanced technical process and flexiable adjustment. It can produce grade flour and special flour.

♥ We provide one year spare parts for free , We will arrange engineers to help install the machine.

Processing line

1. Raw wheat storage(silo or warehouse)

2. Cleaning system(sifter, destoner, magnetic separation, scourer)

Clean up the middle and small impuritier from wheat, dust, stone, magnetic

materials.Including beating, screening, destoning, magnetic separatation and

dampening.

This stage is to prepare wheat for being milled and to protect the machinery as well.

3. Milling system(roller mill, plansifter, purifier, impact detacher)

(1) Mill: mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving;

(2) Sifter: separate flour from bran, also separate large, small size to enssure flour quality.

4. Flour compressing and blending system(if necessary)

5. Flour packing and stacking

The packing part can be manual or auto operation, which can be designed according to customer's requirement and machine capacity.

Vibrating Separator

Vibrating Separator: separate course impurities contained in cereals during the pre-cleaning phase, such as straw particle, string, paper, pieces of wood, maize leaves and cobs etc.

Wheat scourer

Wheat scourer: clean the surface of the wheat, ensure that the play ash content of wheat finished points can reach to the standard.

♥ 1. What should you do before buy a flour mill?
Before buy the flour mill, pls check the regulation of your local place to determine what permit and certificates you need. And what is the capacity you plan to buy? And when send email for us, tell the detailed informations of your required flour mill parameters, such as the capacity (t/h), the local voltage etc and your buget. So we can give you the best products.

Two of the features that affect prices are the material of the flour mill, the noise level and their adjustability. Generally, our turn-key project of flour mill is made of stainless steel, operate with low noise level, have lower heat production, generate less dust in the air.

Yes, we will give you our suggestion, but final decision is depend on you. For a flour mill with capacity less than 50T/D, the work shop is simple. Just design it by the dimension of product line. And above 50T/D flour mill plant, we will ask your requirement and advise accordingly.

Quality guarantee term is for one year. Any broken which are caused by machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Others which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc will be responsible for clients-self.
