2.Screw and barrel adopts 38CrMoALA nitriding process with long service life.

 

3. drive motor adopts variable frequency control which has high speed control precision, wide adjusting range, low consumption and reliable running.  

 

4. intelligent digital temperature controller are adopted with high efficiency and low consumption.

 

For this machine,it includes two types: A: FS-WJW65-1 type,this type has single extruder die,  B.FS-WJW65-2 type, this type has double extruder die, so this two types have different outputs as follow:
