Production Description: 

1.This  making machine can produce knotless net, which is used as bath mesh sponge for shower bath and packing

 fruit, garlic, flower,industrial  products, daily life article.

2.Screw and barrel adopts 38CrMoALA nitriding process with long service life.

 

3. drive motor adopts variable frequency control which has high speed control precision, wide adjusting range, low consumption and reliable running.

 

4. intelligent digital temperature controller are adopted with high efficiency and low consumption.

 

We have two types for this machine FS-WJW65-1 type has single extruder die,FS-WJW65-2 has double extruder die.
