Usage

The Electric Heating Tank is used in industries of pharmacy,fine chemicals
and chemosynthesis. The material adopts SUS304 or SUS316L,which all are food grade.The tank body is equipped with full jacket and insulation,Mixing Tank can be heated.The interior adopts the polish of electrolysis mirror plate and has no sanitary dead angles. To ensure that the material can be in the condition of asepsis, it is designed to be completely closed,only one manhole on top for convenient cleaning,According with GMP. The one complete agitator installations adopt paddle type(other can choose Anchor,emulsification,homogenizers or spiral agitator), the heat preservation of container adopts polyurethane and pearl cotton.It is convenient and sanitary.The surface adopts various types of polish, sand blasting, dull polish and cold-rolling primary-color matted, which can show the container's remarkable quality. The Mixing Tank is equipped with one electric control box, CIP cleaning sprinkler, one temperature gauge,one pressure gauge,sight glass and quick-opening manhole.
