1. Brief introduction of rotary drum dryer
Rotary Dryer is widely used for drying slag limestone, coal powder, slag, clay, etc. Dryer can also be used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical and cement industry. Dryer mainly consists of dryer body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, seal ring, etc. Dryer can be generally divided into four types, they are: rotary dryer, triple-drum dryer, indirect heat transfer dryer, vertical dryer. Dicferent kind of dryer has its own characters and advantages, the specific choice of a special dryer depends on differents elements. The customer can consult xingbang heavy machinery to select the most suitable dryer.
2. rotary drum dryer structure:
The rotary dryer is composed by the rollers, feeding device, catch wheel device, transmission device, discharge device and so on.
The roller is drying cavity to dry material. In order to guarantee straightness when rotating, it is connected with two segments or more, each segment of the department has a concave or convex platform on flange, tightened by bolts. the big transmission gear is in the middle position, adjustment plate guarantees big gear and the cylinder have certain coaxial degrees. There is a roll ring for supporting on both ends, the discharge end roll ring connects with block wheel.
Feeding device is fixed on the ground below the feeding end. The part of the cylinder feeding end gets into the feeding device inside. It has the inlet, the lower end of the inlet is welded chute to directly feed.
The carrier roller device is used to support "rollers rotating. "There are two carrier rollers on the device, each roller has two carrier roller basis. In the outlet the carrier roller device has two block wheel, which have a adjustable screw between each other. The cylinder after the operation should be adjusted, when the gap between block wheels is more than 10 mm.
Transmission device is composed by motor, coupling, reducer and the whole chassis. Transmission device provide the rollers rotating power. According to client needs motor can configure electromagnetic speed regulation, frequency control type etc.
