Introduction about Tony wood pellet press

This wood pellet press is our new generation product. The wood pellet press is mainly used for press wood sawdust corn straw, crop waste, bamboo powder, hay, straw, husk and block etc into pellets. It also mainly used in feedstuff producing industry.

The wood pellet press uses the gear box and power consumption is less, the structure is reasonable, economical durable.

Working Principle of the wood pellet press:
Raw materials with moisture in 10-15% enter into screw feeder through hopper, through adjusting the rotational speed of screw feeder axis to obtain the suitable flow of material, the security magnets remove the magnetic impurity mingling with supplies, then through the enforced feeder, enter the pressing room to pelletize finally.

1. Ring die of TONY wood pellet press

Vertical double-layer dies, up and down dual-use, high capacity, saving energy.

2. Rollers of TONY wood pellet press 

Four rollers. Forged alloy steel spindle. Spindle is hard to be broken.

3. Gear of TONY wood pellet press 

Gear transmission. Motor drives the gear, and the gear drives the spindle. The rotation speed of the gear is low. The spindle is hard to be broken.

4. Self-lubrication system of TONY wood pellet press 

Independent grease lubrication for spindle and rollers, high pressure filtration, clean and unblocked. Lubricating rollers to make the pellet machine continuously run for 24 hours.
