Drawing: Provide 3D mold design drawing for approval. Receiving the inquire from the customers, include mold spec and drawing or sample

We will provide the quotation within 12 hours

Customer confirm the quotation and place the PO,

Start the mold design

Finish the mold drawing and send to customer for approval

Customer approve the the design and we order the steel material and mold base

Surface shaping by high speed CNC

Drill holes , CNC ,wire cutting , EDM, polish, assembly, fitting etc.

Arranging the mold test and send T1 samples out

Customer will give feedback if the samples are not approved

Repair, Polish , Texture

modify the mold till customer approved

Ship out the mold
