Receiving the inquire from the customers, include mold spec and drawing or sample

We will provide the quotation within 12 hours

Customer confirm the quotation and place the PO

Start the mold design, send DFM report to customer for preview

Finish the mold drawing and send to customer for approval

Customer approve the design and we order the steel material and mold base

Surface shaping by high speed CNC/ rough machining, Heat Treating

Drill holes , CNC ,wire cutting , EDM, polish, assembly, fitting etc.

Arranging the mold trial and send out T1 samples with dimension report

Customer will give feedback if the samples are not approved

Repair , Polish , Texture
