Brief description

Burning the raw material inside of the gasification furnace (as sawdust, shell, Palm shell, husk, straw, wood scrap etc.), the produced flue gas in pipeline within after spray pour, cooling purification, became combustible gas (carbon monoxide, methane, ethane,), as early carbonization of heat, heating and carbonizing the raw material inside of the carbonization furnace(as mechanism core rod, abandoned logs, bark, coconut shell, life garbage,etc.)

When the temperature reached to 300 degrees Celsius, carbonization furnace starting carbonizing of raw materials, producing smoke; flue gas become into a combustible gas after spray pour, cooling purification by the cooling purification system, continue carbonizing, then gasifier stop working.

Working principle

1. First to start the line, Gasifier should be started first to creat enough combustible gas,through the purification,the clean gas become the first gas source for carbonization;
2. When the bottom temperature reach about 400 degrees Celsius(shown on control cabinet), Materials enter into the carbonization stove by feeding conveyor;
3. Under high temperature in the furnace, the materials go through dry distillation, oxygen free carbonization.
4. After carbonization,the carbon come out from cooling and discharging machine at 20-30 degree;
5. During the carbonization process, the material produce carbon monoxide, methane, oxygen and other combustible gases, these gases through the recovery, purification,separating the wood tar and wood acid, to achieve the pure clean gas cycle combustion;
6. The whole line achieve the continuous feeding, continuous carbonization, continuous discharging, achieve high efficiency and no pollution to environment at same time.

Differences from usual carbonization furnace/stove

1. Continue working, one side to feed sawdust one side to get charcoal

1.How to control the temperature?

A. Start carbonizing when the bottom temperature reach to 400 degrees Celsius
B. Usually during carbonization, the top temperature reach to 300-400 degrees Celsius inner the furnace, the bottom temperature reach 800-900 degrees Celsius.
C. Temperature should be regulated based on the temperature monitor in control cabinet.
D. Please keep the carbonization temperature stable through second burner.
2. Why it is environmental friendly, no pollution?
A. The gas come out from gasifier, through purification, to separate the wood tar, wood acid, Water spray to remove dust, finally get the pure gas
B.The gas come out from carbonization stove, through purification, to separate the wood tar, wood acid, water spray to remove dust, finally get the pure gas. The pure gas recycle, together with the pure gas from gasifier as heating source of carbonization.
