Our machine can be used to dry many kinds of argo-wastes, like wood, sawdust,

rice husks, peanut shells, coconut shells, bamboos, wood chips and others. Please

note, the materials prepared should be with:

size requirement---around 2-5mm, if your materials are big, please crush them into smaller size;

moisture requirement---before puting the machine, the water content should be less than 45%.

Working

principle

Firstly you put your prepared wet materials into the hopper place of the dryer, at the

same time, there will generates lots of hot air in the heating furnace/stove after you burn

some coal or biomass like wood; then the hot air and your materials are mixed together,

under the function of the blower, they flow and go through the curving pipes of the dryer.

During this process, the wet materials are dried, and at last the dried materials come out

from the outlet of the cyclone.
