  1.The meat tenderizing machine depends on the chain driving a two-edged  knives to do relative  movement,  which  can make  the meat  receive  the strong  shear force , friction, the centrifugal force and high frequency vibration force to cut the meat fiber to make the meat looser ,fresher and tender, which make the meat absorb pickled things.

  3.There are 53 knives in the machine. Those knives are made of nine chromium silicon. The blade is made according to the new technology. During the processing, the raw can not be torn and the blade does not adhere to the meat, which can protect the product shape, improve the capacity and also protect the blade.

 

  4. This meat tenderizing machine has the caster wheel in the machine bottom, which can move freely and easily.
