    Stator design for claw type coupling structure,material from the host upper and lower suction at the same time, and around the centrifugal throw. the shear homogeneous efficiency multiplied and avoid the problem of being a material dealing blind corner inside the reaction kettle top.

 

    The product is suitable to fine,uniform,emulsification for all kinds of large and small reaction kettle, common containers.

 

    Small capacity of emulsion can be configured with mobile lift.

 

    High shear batch emulsifier is suitable for mixing,dispersing,shearing and homogenizing all kinds of viscous liquid and pastes.

 

    The products could be applied in food,beverage,chemical,pharmaceutical,paint&ink industry etc.

 

    The unit consists of a centrally located shaft,connected to a flanged type motor mounted on asteel housing.

 

    We have four type of different stators to suit different working condition.

Defferent features of high shear mixer models:

1) BRH I: straight tooth, be good at dispersive mixing, suit liquid(exclude oil) and powder mixing;

2) BRH II: oblique tooth, be good at homogeneous emulsifying, suit oil liquid and powder mixing;

3) BRH III and kettle bottom emulsification head: straight tooth and oblique tooth are optional, small capacity, proof pressure(positive pressure≤3 Bar, negative pressure≤1Bar, high pressure≤8Bar).

4) BRH IV: straight tooth and oblique tooth are optional, suit 1.5T-2.5T tank, the whole length can reach 2.5m-2.7m, motor power is more than 30kw(equipped with water-cooling system).

5) BRJ: with shear, good at emulsifying, best at dispersion, suit ≤10T tank, with water-cooling mechanical seal(it must be equipped with water-cooling system in bearing).
