This machine is inner-tank heating type. There is F chemical element on the heating roller surface, this can ensure PVC heat average and the mould form well. It won’t waste any PVC material when you start or stop machine. Form bubbles, feed pills, emboss & heat-sealing, print series No., cut into pieces, all these action can be done continuously. Our machine adopt no-edge cut, it can save material about 4-6%.

Application

DPT-70 blister packing machine is small medicine packing machine, the whole machine is transmitted by gear, low noise and easy maintenance. We choose common use feeding material device to suit for different shape pills. It can print series number, it seals good and suits for different dimensions capsule, tablet, dragee, pill and also chocolate bean, chewing gum.
