This equipment adopts the structure of artificial feeding and sealing valve out-feed channel, it can work without dust, friction and extrusion at the materials mixed, keeps the materials intact. The mixing cylinder is made of stainless steel and will do not any pollutions to the materials, it also equips with timing device to control the mixing time.

Introduction &Features

This equipment drives the rotating cylinder by reduction gears, with the asymmetry of different length of the mixer’s two cylinders to mix materials. When the mixer is working, from decomposition to the combination, it produce a horizontal force because of different potential energy, the materials mix in a horizontal way, and repeat from combination to decomposition because of different sides. The cylinder rotates a circle can make 25% of the material from one cylinder to the other to balance the materials.
