Our cane sugar juicer machine was designed on plenty of research. Its appearance is beautiful and easy operation, can output high juice. It is good new machine in the market.

1. All out shell is made from stainless steel.
2. Rollers on the juicer machine is made by stainless steel, all the parts at head has been anti-rust treatment, this is to ensure our cane sugar juicer reach world hygiene license 
3.  Whole machine was design as full closed structure. The cane dregs volume is inside, we can ensure juice won’t come out, it is safe, clean and healthy.
4. We choose speed reducer gearbox and anti-shake device. This can reduce the noise much more.

Cane sugar dregs, sorghum stalk dregs, corn stalk dregs can be recycled for making anti-hot, anti-noise panel. They are good construction material.  ATTENTION

1. Cut off can sugar root and head, peel off the skin, then can put can sugar into machine, about 500-600g can produce one cup juice.

2. If cane sugar diameter is bigger than 30mm, please cut it into two pieces, then put it into juicer machine, this is to reduce whole machine load.

3. When machine is stop working under max. load. If it is electric juicer machine switch off the power immediately, and draw the transmitting belt to make rollers run backward, then can sugar will come out. If it is hand-operated juicer machine, please operate backward directly

4. Please add lubricated oil one week one time on the transmitted gear.

5. After finish juice making, please wash and clean the working roller, juice tank immediately.

 Cane sugar’s nutrition and function

1. Cane sugar juice is combined with cane sugar, fruit sugar and etc, it is easy absorbed by human beings.
2. There are many trace elements like Fe, Ca, P, Mn and Zn, specially rich in Fe.
3. There are many amino acids in cane sugar, also malic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid and so on organic acid.
4. There are rich in vitamin C also.

This juice machine also can make ginger juice. Ginger juice is good for wowan’s health. It can be cooked together with noodles for increasing your belly. The ginger dregs can be made as ginger sugar.

Cane sugar is good for heat-clearing, better for your lung, small intestine.  It can diminish inflammation, quench your thirst and so function.
