Guangzhou laymax solid evaporate machine,also call “solid cream steam machine”,”small evaporate case”,”small evaporate cabinet”,it is intended for supermarkets, shopping malls site processing (steamed) to create a solid element cream of the production of special equipment, has been accepted by our customers. The machine set up automatic power device, when the water is less than the amount of water inside the set, the machine automatically power without heating, in order to ensure the safety of the equipment. The machine is made from stainless steel, surrounded by a double layer of transparent glass, small size, luxury, beauty and health, adequate nutrition retain solid element cream, do not get angry, full compliance with the solid element cream production process requirements, the box process glance, two minutes out of steam, high thermal efficiency, automatic temperature control, easy to use.

There are 5 layers in solid evaporate machine,the height between layer and layer is 8cm,the size of the bottom of plate is 30*30cm(length*width).

Steamed solid element cream with purple cans of evaporated. Laminates can be removed, usually only the second floor, one can be steamed around 6-10 pounds. 
There are a steam box on the water injection, the water line has two lines (MIN minimum, MAX the highest), distilled water was added prior to the water line in the middle two lines to the pipes. If the water level is below the water line MIN steamer will automatically protect not heated, so as not to burn the steam box. 
Temperature range 40-110 degrees, steaming cream solid element when the temperature to 100 degrees, about two hours steaming. 
Steam when opening the door, please note that the distance between the steam box, not too close, to avoid being injured by the steam.
