1. Pellet cooling is an indispensable section in granulation process. Air cooler temperatures can reach out from the pellet mill 70°C~90°Cpellet cooled to slightly above room temperature 3°C~5°C,and can be reduced to safe moisture(≤12.5%),this makes it easy pellet transport, storage and storage.

2. Air cooler model is different, the output is also different, it can be adapted to use a variety of scale feed mill.

Significant features of pellet cooler machine

1. The counter flow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets with high moisture and cool air touches cooled pellets with low moisture so as to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot pellets.

2. Airenclosed feeder is adopted for feeding so as to avoid the air crossing at the feeding inlet, resulting in good cooling effect.

3. Upper and lower lever indicators control the cooling time automatically.

4. Slide reciprocating discharger has smooth and reliable discharging.

Working principle of pellet cooler machine

1).The hot and wet pellets which come from the Pellet Press enter into the cooler from the Air Lock on the top of cooler and through taper type  distributor equipment which can make pellets to different top, bottom, left, right and middle parts enter in the cooler.

2).When Cooler starts to work, the pellets will be accumulated gradually. When the position of pellets arrives to Level Detector, the brake motor will be connected to start work. Through Reducer and eccentric mechanism to drive the Discharge Frame to move from left to right to discharge the materials.

3).Fan is always running during the whole cooling process. The pellets in the cooler flow from top to bottom and the Air flows from bottom to top. The above two flow positions are opposite which can form counter-flow cooling. Therefore, this Cooler belongs to counter-flow type.
