1.Q:How can I get the samples?

    A:We surely provide you samples for quality confirmation, sample charge is decided based on the requested quantity and your cooperation, but freight cost paid from you without doubt. And sample will ready within 2 working days.

2.Q:Can I have some discount?

     A:Please advise details that you would like to order, and then we could give you a discount according to this amount.

3.Q:How to order?

    A:Please send us formal purchase order by email or fax or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your confirmation.

4.Q:What is the MOQ for each product?

      A:For retail, we can do any quantity for you and they will be sent by express. For wholesale, the MOQ usually is at least 1 ctn. You can also mix different items and we can ship them by sea together. For details please contact us by email or online talking.

5.Q:How do I know the products' quality and packing ways are ones we required?

     A:Each product will be tested before sending out. We will send you photos for the goods to confirm again the packing ways.

6.Q:How long will you need to prepare goods for shipment?

    A:If we have enough stock, we will deliver the goods within 3-5 days after receive the payment. No matter how, we will confirm with you once we issue you sales confirmation(PI).
