the rollers rotating , the friction between die and rollers will press the material into

pellet out of die , then the pellet are disharged , the pellet length can be cutted into

short ones by the knife in the outlet .

Requirements for the raw materials: 

 1. size of raw materials: powder or no longer than 1cm 

  2. moisture content of raw materials: <20%  

 3. raw materials can be the mixture of 2 or more than 2 kinds different materials, they must be evenly mixed. 

 4. no adhesive or chemicals need in the processing
