1. YGX series wood chipper machine is the special equipment of producing wood chips.

2. Widely used in wood shaving plant, highly MDF plant, straw plants, biomass power plants and other industrial wood production and manufactures. The first choice device before the preparation steps.

3. Include the machine body, knife/blade roller, the upper and lower feed rollers, belt conveyor, hydraulic systems.

4. Knife roller will install two or four, six rotary knives, according to the different thickness and diameter of the materials.

5. The upper feed roller assembly can use the hydraulic system to fluctuate within a certain range.

6. The machine body made by high strenth steel welded together, it is the supporting foundation of the whole machine. Don't need build new foundation, save money and convenient flexible.

>>.Disc Wood Chipper Introduction

PX Series disc wood chipper is mainly used to crush raw wood logs into 1-3cm wood chips, the thickness of last chips is 1.5mm -3mm, length and width is 10-30mm. It also can cut long bamboo or sugarcane into small chips, the difference between drum chipper is that after crushed by disc wood chipper, the outlet chip dimension is more even.
The disc wood chipper has two feeding type:
one is to feed logs from top, second is to feed from side belt conveyor-changeable speed feeding logs. For outlet discharging chips type, there are two ways, one is the outlet is from the other top door, the other is the outlet is from bottom, both
structure and operating are very easy. It can be driven by both diesel engine and electric motor, very easy to be operated.
