Custom 50L - 500L Rubber Mucilage Blender

Application

This machine is used for mixing the material in plastic and rubber, leather, Chemical, Medicine fields.

It is mainly made up of explosion-proof electric motor, cycloidal pin gear speed reducer, drive shaft,

container, dynamic and static blades, valve. Recently our technical engineers have proposed several

optimized schemes in the process of using. The quality of machine is growing better than better.

Check the circuit is correct, Whether the ground wire is safe.
Clean the cylinder.
Check the reducer oil reach the safety line.
Connect cooling water, water inlet is at the bottom and outlet is on the top.
Please do a test running before formal production.

Instructions

It is forbidden to interrupt supplying lubricating oil for cycloid pin gear reducer during use.
Add the solvent first and then put the solid.
Prohibited the impurities into the container when the machine is running.
It is strictly prohibited to carry kindling near the machine.
It is forbidden to interrupt supplying cooling water.
Clean every time when it is finished.
