Main structure of mesh belt dryer:

1. Structure: The mesh belt dryer is made up of head, working sections, tail, mesh belt, driving settings, fan, furnace, etc.

2. Thickness of the body machine

2.1. There are 3 layers including outside, inside, channel steel.it's 3mm high carbon steel.

2.2. Upper of the layer, there are 2 layers steel, it's 2mm high carbon steel.

2.3. Bottom of the layer, there is 1 layer steel, it's 3mm high carbon steel.

2.4. The frame of the body machine is 3mm thickness high carbon steel.

2.5. U-channel steel is 3mm thickness high carbon steel.

2.6. Mesh belt still is high carbon steel, as for the detail parameters, please check the main parameters of point 4.

Working process of mesh belt dryer:

1. The raw materials to be treated should be distributed on the mesh belt through dryer suitable mechanism such as star distributor, swing belt, crusher or granulator, the conveyer passes through the channel including one or several heating units.

2. Each heating unit of mesh belt dryer is equipped with air heater and circle system, each channel has one or several damp discharge systems. When the conveyer passes through it, hot air will pass through the raw material from up to bottom or from bottom to up, in this way raw materials would be dried evenly.

1. Air quantity, heating temperature, materials staying time and feeding speed of mesh belt dryer could be adjusted to achieve the best drying effect.

2. The equipment configuration is flexible, mesh belt washing system and materials cooling system could be used.
