JP70-L Machine for plaster

1. There are two options of air compressor and pumping motar for JP70-L plastering machines.

a. handy air compressor replace the common air compressor made in china. Since it can offer lower pressure but larger output to reduce fly ash fell and the mortar more adhesion than the common one. Can achieve 1000m2-2000m2 per 7hours.

b. handy air compressor is separated and portable, it can avoid the common faulty of old design that mortar plastering machine always need to maintain or repair due to air compressor quality.

2.. For spraying or pumping traditional mortar and pre-mixed plasters, fiber-reinforced and refractory mortars, fireproof materials, self-leveling screeds and for reinforcing injections at controlled pressure.

1. JP70-L always is exported to KUWAIT each month, it always is used for fireproofing mortar plastering in tunnel and steel board house.

2. It's optional to choose air compressor and pumping motor made in German or made in China. JP70-L the main components are same as JP70-P as below shown:

4. It's suitable for large plastering about 1000-2000m2/7hours. There are 5people as one team: 1for plastering, 1for controlling machine, 1 for feeding hopper, 3for trowelling and finishing wall surface.
