Description :

The machine gains four functions for the wheat processing :separates grains according to the particle rts grains according to the specific gravity.as a de-stoner to remove the stone,glass bit etc,as a scourer to clean the kernel surface.

This machine features a space saving design, a single machine for the four processing functions , it is popular with the customers with its outstanding design and stable ,high working efficiency .

This equipment is mainly composed of wash tank and dry in two parts. Accompanied by feeding, transmission, drainage, river, ventilation and other auxiliary equipment.

Principle:

Washing Part:Made by stainless steel, the level of lying, connected to its end is the dry bottom sea. The other side was equipped with gear box,Above the inside of the tank is equipped with new wheat ground dragon,on the other side has a drainage device.Washing machine for wheat ground dragon and stone ground dragon due to the contrary, so in the opposite direction. Washing packing auger send the wheat to drying machine,Stone remover packing auger send the stones to the opposite. Washing packing auger was partly drawn ino the water, it rolled the water. When the wheat comes into the water, they can't immediately sank and went into a state of suspension for the less of weight, then was gradually pushed into the drying machine. But the stone and other sediment Rapidly sinking in water. Thus, the wheat and sand and gravel was separated.  

Elevator drying part:After washing, the wheat was transported into the drying machine. Then lifting by the elevator at the same time due to the centrifugal force produced by the rotation of dry machine, wheat was dried after. Then come out from the outlet discharge into the next process.

Packaging

Packaging:all machines covered by plastic film firstly and then packed in wooden case to best protect the machine during long time transportation.
