Principle:

- The product is transferred to the outlet by the rotary blades while the product surface is scoured and the offal scraped from the product goes through the screens and then be collected.

Application:

- The horizontal scourer is normally equipped with an aspiration channel TFDZ or a recycling aspiration channel TFXH at its outlet. They can efficiently remove detached hull particles or surface contamination from the grain.

- Successful applications in the first and second cleaning section for the surface treatment of wheat, durum and rye

- With the appropriate rotor and screen jacket designs, the scourer is also successfully being applied for intensive durum scouring and oats processing.

Packaging:all machines covered by plastic film firstly and then packed in wooden case to best protect the machine during long time transportation.
