 Eggshell Processing Unit consists of eggshell smash machine and spiral convey machine. After Picked-up and smashed by eggshell smash machine, eggshell, through spiral convey machine, is conveyed to garbage room.

Main features:

    1.Easy epidemic prevention: smashed eggshell is conveyed through airtight conveying tube, avoiding fluff fly everywhere in chicks picking-up room, reducing contamination to chicks and workers in hatching hall.

    2.Space saving: volume of smashed eggshell is equal to 1/7 that of pre-smashed, easy to store and convey.

    3.Good material quality: The complete equipment is made of high quality stainless steel, anti-corrosion and easy washing.

    4.Rated power of equipment: rated drive power of spiral convey machine is 0.55kw and rated drive power of eggshell smash machine is 0.37kw.

    5.Length of convey belt: standard length is 3m, can order specially by customers´  need.
