Product Details

The young chicks, eggshells and dishes of hatcher are separated automatically through “Tipping & separation unit” into two parts: for one part, young chicks and eggshells are made separated. The separated eggshells will be sent to the eggshell crusher, and then will be sent to the waste treatment room by spiral transmission machine. The empty plate will be sent to the plate cleaning equipment and will be cleaned automatically. For the other part, the separated young chicks are sent to sorting unitthrough conveyors to make classification, sexual identification, vaccine injection, and then put into the counting and packing unit to complete the poultry processing.
