Waste water treatment spiral sand water separator

   XSF spiral sand water separator consists of shaftless spiral, stay tape, U-shaped slot, water box, guide plate and driving device etc.

   Working process: sand water mixture feed in water box from the top of separator, the heavy pieces in the mixture such as sand will sedimentation on the bottom of U-shaped slot, under the remove of spiral, sand will lifting along inclined U-shaped bottom, after left liquid surface continue remove a certain distance. After the sand full discharging, through row sand pipe discharge to sand box and the separated water will fill into the factory water pool.

Characteristics:

1.Separating efficiency can reach to 90-98%, can separate the sand that diameter greater than 0.2mm.

2.Use shaftless spiral, without underwater bearing, convenience to maintenance.

2. How to pay?

  ANS: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

3. What is the delivery time?

  ANS: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.

4. How to pack the products?

  ANS: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as you required, but the fees will be paid by customers.

5. How to install after the equipments arriving destination?

  ANS: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.   

6. How long is the validity?

  ANS:The validity is 12 months from B/L date.
