LS type shaftless screw conveyor

Structure characteristic

The product is formed by drive device, head assembly, shell, shaftless screw, slot lining, material inlet and outlet, shell cover, base.

1. Drive device: hollow axe-bevel gear speed reducer or TY coaxial hardened gear speed reducer. This manual only provides the TY drive device. The drive device should be located at the material outlet end if possible in designing, thus to keep the screw under tensile status during operating.
2. Thrust bearing is fixed at the head part to support the force cased by conveying the materials.
3. Shell: U-shape shell with rainproof cover on the top, material is stainless steel or carbon steel.
4. Shaftless screw: material is stainless steel or manganese steel.
5. Maternal inlet and outlet: quare or round shape, usually decided by the client.
6. There are two types of the load and discharge spout, square and circular, which generally are installed by the users in the site.

Characteristics

Compared with traditional shaft screw conveyor, the shaftless screw conveyor has the following features by adopting no central shaft suspension bearing design, as well as proper flexible integrated steel screw to convey the material

2. Great anti winding characteristic, no central shaft interference, so it is free from the accidents caused by stuffiam and especially suitable for easy winding material.

4. Large torque, low energy consumption: a lower running speed and stable transmit could be achieved to save energy because there is no shaft on the screw and there is no easy material plugging.
5. large conveying quantity: the conveying quantity of this model is 15 times of the traditional conveyor with the same diameter, its max rate could be 400m3/h conering a long distance of 25m, and extra long distance conveying can be realized flexibly according to the demands of the client by multi serial assembly.
