Usage and structure principle

Wastewater pumps by continuous or pulse water distribution system are into the inner cylinder sludge bed area and anaerobic activated sludge, carriers biofilm fully contact with the reaction, and the reactor special axial-flow pump or backflow dirt, prompting sewage and sludge in internal and external tube cycle flow space, increase reflects the degree, the contact time, to fluidized make organic matter is anaerobic microbial decompose and produce methane gas, liquid, gas and solid form the mixture to the upper reactor three-phase separator, make three very good separation, through the treatment can make more than 80% of the organic matter into methane gas

Installation and use
1.When installation should press this manual provided based figure to install base, using the equipment according to the requirements of hoisting equipment installed (installation from our factory send persons responsible for), the installation size as shown in the table.

General run 1-2 weeks after can grow biological membrane, into the water to gradually increase until design when water equipment can be put into normal operation.
