Suitable Raw Materials for flat die pellet press machine
When it is used to make wood pellets, the source of raw materials is very extensive, such as the sawdust, wood shavings, bark, wood branches, sunflower husk, rice husk, rice straw, agricultural stalks, peanut shell, shell kernel, grass, bamboo, sugarcane bagasse, alfalfa, corn cob, cottonseed hull, etc. Produced wood pellets can be used for home heating, animal bedding.
Roller and Die Design of flat die pellet press machine
Electric flat die pellet machine is designed into die rotating type and roller rotating type, briefly called D-type pellet mill and R-type pellet mill respectively. D-type pellet mill is a standard version that has a rotating flat die and stationary rollers. It is mainly used for processing relatively soft materials by most starters for residential or individual use. However, in the R-type pellet mill, the rollers are rotating and the flat die is totally fixed when pelletizing. It is more suitable for processing hardwood with a higher capacity. Therefore, R-type pellet machine is the right choice for the customers who have have a strict requirements of final pellets.
