1. Basic Information for our customer
Our biomass briquetting machine can make bar shape briquettes of different diameters from agro-forest wastes, such as sawdust, wood chips, tree branches, wheat straw, crop stalks, coffee husk, suagrcane residue, paddy straw, reeds, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, mustard stalk, jute waste, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste and so on. The raw materials are crushed and dried, whose moisture is up to less than 12% and size is less than 5X5mm. And then put the materials into briquette press to be briquettized to bar of different diameters to meet your requirements. At last the bar briquettes are carbonized.
ing Principle :
It takes a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes.
The natural lignin in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature.
In the process of briquetting , lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together, therefore , compressing the biomass to form into various moulds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal, quadrangular, square, etc. as your requirements, and its diameter ranges from 50-80 mm.

4.Advantages of biomass briquettes:
♦ Easy to transport and store as densified product
♦ Better solution for the residue disposal
♦Uniform in size and quality as a kind of biofuel briquette
♦ Reduce excess deforestation by providing a substitute for fuel wood
♦Economical : save time and money (working labour )
