The Features of Fish Feed Pellet Machine

The Working Process of Floating Fish Feed Pellet Extruder

When the raw material is sent into feeding device, they will be pressed by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature which can make the raw material fully cooked and sterilized. Then the pressed material will be formed into pellets by shaping mold. After that a cutting device will cut the formed pellets into different length as required.

Attention

**Our fish feed extruder is of single screw design.

**The pellets extruded from pellet mill is about 80°C and moisture content is 18%-20%, so you should equip a dryer and cooler if the capacity is more than 500kg/h. While for small capacity, you can dry them in the sun.

**We provide technical formula for making floating fish feed pellets after placing order.

**We send extra easy wear parts for free including two sleeves, one screw, one cutting knife and three die moulds.
