HGX Rotary grille decontamination machine mainly consists of driving device,rake tooth structure,flush structure, many specialised rake teeth assembled a set rotary grille chain.The rake teeth chain rotates against the flow idrection of water under the driving of motor reducing gear.

Working principle
Leaded by the operation of driving device,rate teeth structure do cycle operation.When second revolved to the upper of machine,the geneva wheel and rail bending guiding,each group rake teeth interaction producing the automatic self-cleaning movement,the great majority debris fell by the revolving gravity of rake teeth.The remainder adhered on the rake teeth will be cleared away by brushing machine.

High automatic,low energy consumption,high separation efficiency,low noise,good corrosion resistance and the installed overload satety protector which can automatically cut off electric avoiding equipment overload work and protecting drive motor and decelerator,when equipment failure incurred.This machine can equip automatic control system according to the level difference or manual controling maintenance.Reasonable structure and equipment operating room itself has high self-purificationin ,not easy blocking,less daily maintenance work.
