Pig carcass cleaning and polishing machine

The polish machine do the final cleaning work after Singeing . It help reduces the workload of the manual shaving. If previous hair removal and polishing a good, later manual shaving is no longer needed or rarely needed.

The polishing machine is made of 4mm stainless steel plate. The internal and external wall is smooth and circular bead, which is convenient for fast cleaning.

The machine have two root vertical drums and two root horizontal drums , each drum equipped with rubber stripes.

Horizontal and vertical stripes spindle can get the ideal cleaning effect for head and fore-hoof.

The continuous water washing up to down can reduce the bacterial breed on the lining.

One stet of nozzle spray water on carcass and stripes.

The waste water is dump into sewer through the ground drainage system.

Spraying is controlled by valve automatic. It open only when there is pig, and stop when no pig to save water.
