This machine is special equipment intergrated with scalding and debristling ,installed behind the bloodletting line and ahead the second washing line. Pig slided into import chute(i.e.entering scalding and debristling intergration machine), when passed single roll unidirectional rotating flap,the hot water above will spray to the body of pig until the exit position.The pig will be conveyed by outlet chute to flat conveyor.There is pig hair conveyor with maintenance window underneath the machine to easy clean and maintain.
This machine can adjust the time of dehairing,and the cylinder control baffle at the outlet can control the speed of pig output.
This machine is less occupied area,high efficient scalding and dehairing.Compared to the original seperately scalding and dehairing,this machine can efficently reduce the resources and energy wasted with low cost which used in larger or middle slaughterring house
