A: The LED light is another extra practical function from the device. A continuous press on the Switch Button around 3 seconds will start the light, for illumination by default. Three models are designed, illuminating light, flash light (or strobe) and SOS, and the modes shift in sequence with a single short press on the same button.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, but EXW and FOB are preferable.

Q. How long is your leadtime?
A: One (1) working day for sample, since we have full lineup sample in stock available anytime; and 15-20 calendar days

for mass productions varying with quantity. 

Q. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and 
the courier cost.
