300-5000T/D cement production process description.

So far, cement production adopt dry cement kiln process, please kindly see production process as follows:

1) raw material prepare and batching

limestone are crushed to suitable size, fly ash or slag is dried by rotary dryer if moisture is high, then limestone, slag, addtives dosing according to ratio.

2)raw material grinding

mixed raw materials are grinded by raw mill, suitable size can be produced by air classifier, if big production plant, we suggest vertical mill. 

3) preheat and clinker production

Preheater can save fuel, use fully wast hot air produced from clinker kiln. highest temperature in the kiln 1300-1450, big production plant need decomposing furnace.

4) cement production

cooled clinker with gypsum and other addtives dosing then go to cement mill, suitable size produced from air classifier are send to cement storage or packing system

5) dust collector system

in the whole line, different dust collectors are used. such as crushing parts, ball mill, clinker kiln.

6) control system

automatic control system can be offered, whole process is watched on the computer.
