How to use the machine?
Poultry slaughtering processingline refers to a kind of meat food machine which is used to slaughter cattle sheep chickens ducks and other poultry.
Slaughtering processing line is commonly applied to slaughtering poultry. The poultry to be slaughtered are put on the slaughtering transportation line, and the slaughtering transportation line is designed for transporting slaughtered chickens or ducks. the production efficiency. And the equipment has an early iron capacity of 1000 ~ 12000 per hour.
Poultry plucking machine
Put the slaughtered poultry into the bot water of 65-80 degrees for the scald uniformly.Then turn on the machine about 10 seconds,unlock the water faucet to washing the chicken feather or ginger skin out. At last stop machine and take out the products is ok. In the normal time , for unhairing the chicken feather is only need 30 seconds.
Spiral cooling machine
Used for cooling of the chicken or duck before the carcase work to achieve acid removal, detoxifiaction purposes,screw propulsion system and blast the cooling system make the chicken carcass more uniform,complete pre-cooling time can be designed accroding to customer requirements.
Chicken hooking machine
chicken conveyor line is developed in reference to advanced technology,it is the main equipment of poultry slaughtering and processing, the production line is mainly used for the automatic slaughtering production.The live chicken are hanged in the chicken hanger on slaughter line, the chicken hanging opetator is able to hang 500-1000 chicken per hour
