Q: I have a design, can CK Smart Card just print my plastic luggage tag for me?

 A: You can create your own design as you like , all we need is the artwork sent to us in a high-resolution file in one of the following formats: AI,CDR,PDS .If you need help creating your design, We have professional  designers that can help you make a  successful design.What you need do is just tell us your inquirements.

Q: I need the plastic luggage tag right now; What is your turn around time for printing and shipping?

 A : Our production time is usually 7~8 days,and shipping time 3~5days according your place.We do offer special quick services of 3~ 5 days for production time if you need.Generally,We will  provide you with a realistic and suitable time frame for the completion of your  plastic luggage tag item. A: We print cards in any quantity you need. The plastic luggage tag's price is available by submitting a request for a quote. We encourages you to request quotes with the quantity more than 500pcs per design for you can get lower price.

Q: When is payment expected?

A: 30%~50% deposit in advance and balance should be paid before we produce and the rest  should be paid before we send to you.For the payment:T/T,Paypal,Western Union, Escrow are all available.

 Sample:

1) If you make sample according to your artwork, it could cost you sample charge

2) If you need our samples for testing the quality, that is for free, but you have to pay Express Freight

Payment:

1) T/T, Paypal, Western union, L/C at sight or L/C 30 days

2) 50% Deposit in advance and balance should be paid before shipment based on you nominate the forwarder

3) 50% Deposit in advance and balance should be paid after you get the copy of B/L based on we nominate the forwarder.
