 A: First,You can send us a message from email or talk through Skype:ckcard17 or cell phone:+8613427921011,provide your specific requirements and vector artwork -→Quotation(tell us your request about size,quantity,artwork) -→confirm to place order -→our designer will make a bleed  place as your design or our designer can make a design as your request -→send Confirmations draft and PI to you -→Signed back the confirmation draft and make the payment -→Start production after you confirm and payment -→production,about 7~8days,as you request -→Strict QC -→Delivery By DHL/UPS/Fedex etc. according to your shipping address.

Q: Which artworks of business card can be worked?can you make a design for me?

 A: We can accept the following formats: AI,CDR,PDS.PDF .If you need help creating your design, We have professional  designers that can help you make a  successful design.What you need do is just tell us your inquirements.

Q: I need the business card now; What is your turn around time for printing and shipping?

 A : Our production time is usually 7~8 days,and shipping time 3~5days according your place.We do offer special quick services of 3~ 5 days for production time if you need.Generally,We will  provide you with a realistic and suitable time frame for the completion of your  business  item. Q: Is there a minimum number of membership card that I can print?

A: We print cards in any quantity you need. The plastic business card's price is available by submitting a request for a quote. We encourages you to request quotes with the quantity more than 500pcs per design for you can get lower price.

Q: When is payment expected?

A: 30%~50% deposit in advance and balance should be paid before we produce and the rest  should be paid before we send to you.For the payment:Paypal,Western Union, T/T,Escrow are all available.

Packing details:

250pcs/box, 2500 boxes/carton for standard printed cards or customized boxes or cartons as required

Shipping:

DHL/TNT/FEDEX /UPS ,By Air / Sea or as required

 Sample:

1) If you make sample according to your artwork, it could cost you sample charge

2) If you need our samples for testing the quality, that is for free, but you have to pay Express Freight

Payment:

1) T/T, Paypal, Western union, L/C at sight or L/C 30 days

2) 50% Deposit in advance and balance should be paid before shipment based on you nominate the forwarder

3) 50% Deposit in advance and balance should be paid after you get the copy of B/L based on we nominate the forwarder.
