Technical process:picking up bamboo- sawing - opening bamboo - fixing width slicing - wiredrawing - blanching - drying - fixing size - polishing - sorting - sharpening - packing

10sets equipment is one production line, can produce two-head sharping toothpick, 8hours capacity is about 800000pcs, about 100kg. Needs 4-6persons, adopts 380V.

The toothpick specification: diameter 2mm and length 65mm, usually 100kg fresh bamboocan produce 100000-130000pcs, after drying ,the finished toothpick weight is about 13-16kg.
