Introduction:

Wood sawdust briquette extruder machine is a widely application energy-saving equipment which can make full use of 

all kinds of agriculture wastes to turn them into high calorific value biomass fuel rods. The raw material can be straw, peanut shell. Corn cob, tree branch, wood waste, wood sawdust, wood shavings, rice husk, rice shell, coconut shell, sunflower husk, dry grass, corn stalk, etc.

Demands for raw material:

1) Crush raw material till less than 5mm, the smaller the size is, the better.

2)  After being crushed into small size powder, dry the small size material till its humidity less than 12%. And 8%-12% is the most suitable humidity. Then put powder into briquette machine to be shaped.

The whole production line of wood sawdust briquette extruder machine:

1) Crusher: Crush the raw material till less than 5mm.

2) Dryer: Dry raw material powder till its humidity less than 12%.

3)Briquette Machine: Shape raw material powder into high density, high hardness, high calorific value biomass rods.

4) Carbonization Furnace: Make biomass rods into charcoal rods.
