Structure:

 includes furnace body,inner pot, cover, top of inner pot and smoke recycling pipe.

The inner pot of the furnaces for production of charcoal can be hanged outside which will save a lot of cooling time, so the productivity effect increases a lot. It is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.

Following is working process of this hoist type carbonization stove:

1.The assembling of furnace

Install the parts according to the number on them, when finish this, lay the furnace at certain place for using.

 2.The inputting of briquettes

1. Open the cover of the furnace

2. Drop the circular stove out of the furnace, and lay it at certain region for inputting wood.

3. Open the cover of circular stove (inner pot) , and tilt it for inputting wood

4. When finish the inputting, cover the circular stove, and put it into the carbonization furnace, then lay some fine sand along the circular stove for insulation.

5. Open the three outlet flue, and cover the furnace, along the roof of which lay some fine sand for insulation, and begin the process of carbonization.

3.Carbonization process

  Make fire, begin the process of carbonization according to the technology.

 4.The ending of carbonization process

At the ending of this process, stop carbonization by regulating the chimney valve.

 5.Insulation and cooling

Open the cover of furnace, and block the outlet flue of circular furnace, sealing it with fine sand, and getting the circular furnace out for cooling.

6. Carbonizing circularly

Input another circular stove (inner pot) with briquettes beginning the second circulation of carbonization according the above way and technology.

7.Out getting of charcoal

 When the charcoal is cool down, open the cover of circular furnace for out getting of charcoal and the second time of inputting of briquettes for carbonization.
