Working principle of Disc granulating machine:  

 

 

Adjust the balling disc between 40 ° -55 ° angle. Raw material powder in a fertilizer mixer is evenly moistened by atomized water , then delivered the raw materials into the fertilizer pan granulator. The raw materials moisture should be controlled at 20 to 30%. The materials powder are added directly into the  Disc Granlulator/Fertilizer Granulator/Granulating Disc, and pan granulator will rotate in specific speed . Due to adhesion and plasticity of the material, the pellets bond with each other and grow up gradually in the course of the campaign.

Raw materials for Disc granulating machine:

Raw materials for making organic fertilizer can be animal manure like chicken manure,sheep manure,cow manure, organic waste, straw meals,grass meals,human waste and so on.
