1. bevel gear integral transmission: The traditional grinding mill needs decelerator and ratcheting to drive the main shaft that increase the centering difficulty and is easy to bring noise as well as reduce the efficiency. 2. Inner light-oil lubrication system: The traditional grinding mill lubrication adopts grease lubrication

which increases the resistance of lubrication, creates high inherent temperature and shortens the service life of bearing. MTW series grinding mill adopt light-oil lubrication achieve the lubrication of bearing without oil pump and lubrication station.
3. Arc whirl tube: The traditional grinding mill adopt board-type whirl tube that increases the resistance,

4. Curved surface shovel with changeable edge: The traditional grinding mill adopt quick wear edge and edge combine with shovel. 2. MTW Series Powder Maker Working Principle:

Materials first enter jaw crusher to be crushed to smaller size. Then they are lift to storage room by elevator. Vibrating feeder

will feed materials into Grinding mill chamber evenly and gradually. After being grinded, the powder will be blowed to cyclone

by blower. Then the material will be transferred to storage room through pipes, and then will be discharged as final products.

The whole process of Grinding mill works in a negative pressure environment. First, through pipes, the air from the blower

enters the cyclone collector above the storage room along with powder, and then returns to the blower through return

pipe. In the way, air can be recycled. There is a powder locking equipment under the cyclone in Grinding mill , which isolates

the outside positive air pressure and the negative air pressure inside cyclone. And this ensures high productivity. In addition,

the residual air and dust under the main unit will be transferred to dust catcher equipment through pipes and be cleaned

there. The clean air will be discharged so that environment will be protected.

Installation and training: provided by us.

Warranty: The guarantees for the quality of the machines for a period of 12month. If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis. We can send our engineer to provide the installation and trial run in your place. But the relevant cost shall be bear in your account (round trip air ticket, board and lodging).
Service:
The Seller has to send their technicians to the construction site for installing and training as soon as the Seller receives the installing and training schedule from the Buyer.
The Buyer shall pay for the transportation in the buyer’s place, meals, accommodations, Chinese translator to the Seller’s technicians while they perform the installation and commissioning, and 80USD per day for each technician.
