DryerInroduction:

Dryer main include dryer, carrier roller and scraper. Dryer raw material is iron alloy and the surface is finished by grinding and polishing. Its smoothness can reach more than 8—11. Dryer can carry 0.3Mpa pressure. Before delivery, it went 0.6Mpa safety cold pressing test.

Cylinder introduction:

Cylinder section is the key part. Paper quality has great influence from cylinder section. Cylinder section is consist of net cage, cylinder mould, couch etc.

Requirement for Machine area and worker number

787mm paper making machine main consist of above equipment and felt, vacuum box, turning and tighten felt and other accessory equipment. In equipment operation condition, it plays adjustable roles to ensure felt smooth operation.
